1.1. Game - fishing simulator "True Fishing 2"
1.2. User - installed the Game
1.3. Server - the Game server, the Web interface of which is available at https://online.true.fishing
1.4. Administrators - Server administrators, Game developers
1.5. Moderators - moderators of the Game, Users who have some powers of the Administration to verify compliance with the rules of the Game
1.6. Account - registered User account on the Server
Confidential and public information about the User
The Game requires a constant Internet connection. You cannot play without creating an Account.
All stored information is available to Administrators.
We store the following information about the User on the Server: 2.1. Confidential data inaccessible to ordinary Users and third parties:
2.1.1. Email of the User identifying the User Account (also available to Moderators)
2.1.2. User Account Password
2.1.3. Account data, including inventory, quests and other game data
2.1.4. Purchase history in the Game
2.1.5. History of User violations (also available to Moderators to check compliance with the Rules of the Game)
2.1.6. History of the User's messages in chat for the last 24 hours (also available to Moderators to check compliance with the Rules of the Game) 2.2. Public data available to other Users and/or third parties:
2.2.1. User Nickname
2.2.2. Level (rank) in the Game
2.2.3. Experience in the Game
2.2.4. Number of fish caught in the Game
2.2.5. The User's place in the player rating
2.2.6. User's chat messages for the last hour
Anonymous information about the User’s use of the Game is also collected to analyze the stability and improving the Game.

The User can delete his Account and all his data following the instructions on this page.
Administrators have the right to delete the User Account or any User data if the User violates the Rules of the Game.
Conditions for storing and transmitting information about the User:
3.1. All data exchanged between the Server and the Game is transmitted and encrypted using the TLS v.1.2 / TLS v.1.3 protocol
3.2. All data exchanged between the Server and the browser through which the User accesses the Server is transmitted and encrypted using the TLS v.1.2 / TLS v.1.3 protocol
